The Teams modules require no additional Power Platform licences. A standard Microsoft 365 plan (Business Standard, Business Premium or E1/E3/E5) is enough because Teams and SharePoint Online are already included. No costly custom development, and no second per-user subscription: the licence is a one-time purchase or a yearly rental, tiered by number of users – not a monthly per-head fee.

2. Modular

Start with one module – Power QMS or Power Audit, for example – and add Maintenance, CI, Safety or Risk later. All modules share interaction patterns, master data and data storage, so no islands appear. Power Hub as the central entry point is included free from one purchased module onwards.

3. Quick to try

We set up the Teams app in your Microsoft 365 tenant and connect it to your SharePoint. On request we load demo data so you can evaluate the solution with real workflows inside your own tenant – no project lead time, no external sandbox.

4. All data in your SharePoint

Documents, audits, actions and risks live in SharePoint lists and libraries inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. No extra data silo at a vendor, and you retain full data sovereignty.

Why Teams + SharePoint specifically?

Teams is the interface, SharePoint is the data store. That division of labour is the real lever:

• No extra sign-in – authentication and permissions run through Entra ID, including SSO, MFA and conditional access. An offboarding in HR automatically removes access to the management system too.
• Existing governance still applies – retention policies, backup, versioning, sensitivity labels and Microsoft 365 audit logs keep working. You don't need to build a second compliance regime.
• Documents stay Office documents – approved procedures open in Word, can be co-authored and versioned. Document control sits on top instead of forcing files into a proprietary format.
• Searchability and AI – whatever lives in SharePoint is accessible to Microsoft 365 search and to tools such as Copilot, so knowledge stays findable.
• Collaboration instead of email ping-pong – tasks, reminders and escalations reach people directly in Teams, where chat and meetings already happen.
• Scaling without infrastructure – no server, no operations, no migration as you grow. Multilingual and multi-site operation are built in.

What this means day to day

An internal audit is planned in Power Audit, findings create actions that show up as tasks in Teams. The related procedure document is controlled in Power QMS – physically in the same SharePoint environment as the rest of your company documents. Nobody switches systems, nobody exports Excel lists, and the evidence for the auditor exists with version status and approval history.

The exception: Power QMS for Power Platform

For organisations already running fully on the Power Platform, Power QMS remains available as a Power Platform variant. It is set up together with us in your environment and requires Power Apps Premium and Power Automate Premium. For new projects the Teams app is the standard.
