How does pricing work?
Power IMS modules can be purchased or rented. Purchase licence from CHF 6,599 one-time, annual rental from CHF 2,200 per year – both tiered by number of users. The purchase licence has no recurring licence costs; the annual rental is billed yearly. All prices excl. VAT.
How is the user count calculated?
We license the total number of all M365 users with an E, F or Business licence in your tenant. This is typically all employees who use a Microsoft 365 mailbox or equivalent business licence.
What does Maintenance & Support cost?
Maintenance & Basic Support are mandatory for both purchase and rental and charged separately at 15% of the respective module price per year. Basic Support includes patches, technical support and an 8h response time. Extended Support with an additional 10h maintenance allowance for regular updates and adjustments is optional.

What happens if I need more users?
You can upgrade to a higher user tier at any time. The difference to the next tier is charged as an upgrade fee.
Are there discounts for multiple modules?
Yes, we offer custom pricing when licensing multiple Power IMS modules. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What technical infrastructure is required?
Power IMS requires Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online and Teams. Teams apps do not require additional Power Platform licences. Power QMS for Power Platform instead runs in your Power Platform environment. Modules generally store data in your tenant. Installation & setup are included.
What payment methods are accepted and how do I receive the licence?
Payment is processed securely via Paddle, our payment provider. We accept credit card, PayPal and SEPA direct debit. After successful payment, you'll be taken to our confirmation page. There you enter your Microsoft 365 tenant ID so we can issue the license keys directly for your tenant. Please have your tenant ID ready. Alternatively, you can request to be contacted.
