Refund Policy

1. Scope

1.1 This refund policy applies to all online orders and annual subscriptions for Power IMS modules placed through our website.

1.2 The contractual parties remain Power Manufaktur GmbH («Provider») and the customer. Payment processing, invoicing and refund handling are carried out by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for these orders.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

2.1 Online purchases and annual subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the order date.

2.2 Within this period, the customer may cancel the purchase and request a full refund without giving reasons.

2.3 After the 14-day period has expired, no refund right remains. For ongoing annual subscriptions, the ordinary termination provisions in the Terms of Service then apply.

3. Excluded Services

3.1 The refund right does not apply to:

• Individual support hours or consulting services already rendered;
• Individual configuration or development work performed at the customer's request;
• Consumed or already activated add-on quotas (e.g. AI actions), unless they are returned together with the main product.

3.2 If a licence key has already been actively used and deployed in the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by the objective value of the service already consumed.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refunds are processed via Paddle. The customer may submit a request within the 14-day period either

• directly through their Paddle customer portal, or
• by email to info@powermanufaktur.com, stating the order number, invoice date and affected product(s).

4.2 We forward the request to Paddle without delay. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, where technically possible.

4.3 The refund will be issued within 14 days of approval. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned service or proof that it has not been used.

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 Annual subscriptions renew automatically for a further year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the current term.

5.2 Cancellation may be sent by email to info@powermanufaktur.com.
